A H McIntosh Teak Metamorphic Tri Form Coffee Side Tables Circa 1970s

These are a great set of three teak nesting tables manufactured by A H McIntosh in Kirkcaldy Scotland. The model is called a 'Triform' table and was designed by Tom Robertson. The set consists of two side tables which can be stored on runners under the main table. The larger table sits on castors and the top swivels and opens out to create a larger square coffee table. The whole piece is in great vintage condition displaying only some light age related blemishes and is free from loose and wobbly joints. The McIntosh label is attached under the main table top. All in all a great piece of space saving design.
